We've received some great feedback from customers who have made this decaf as their choice. We believe that's due to, not just the quality of the coffee we choose, but that we halt roasting just before it's too dark. Many roasters go full on dark when roasting decaf, but we really wanted to preserve as much flavor of the coffee as possible with minimal bitterness.
We use this coffee for all decaf espresso orders in the shop and drip coffee when brewed. We know this coffee is good enough for our customers, so you know it's good enough for your pot.
