
This is our signature espresso blend, crafted from a selection of premium beans and roasted to the perfect balance between medium and dark. The result? A rich, smooth espresso with notes of chocolate, honey, and blackberry, complemented by a medium body and acidity.
We set out to create a blend that was bold enough to shine in milk-based drinks yet incredibly smooth as a straight espresso—without any smoky or charred notes. After careful refinement, we landed on what we believe is the ideal combination: three distinct origins working together in perfect harmony—the Trifecta.

- To have your order included in the next roast, please place it by Wednesday morning.
- If you’re purchasing locally, we recommend allowing at least four days after the roast date for the coffee’s flavors to fully develop.
