Our decaf blend is crafted to shine as both an espresso and a drip coffee. We source only Swiss Water Process (SWP) decaf beans, ensuring a 100% chemical-free decaffeination method. Not only is this the healthiest way to remove caffeine, but it also preserves the coffee’s natural flavors, delivering a smooth, high-quality cup.
We’ve received incredible feedback from customers who’ve made this their go-to decaf. Why? It’s not just about the beans—it’s also about the roast. Many roasters take decaf too dark, sacrificing flavor for intensity. Instead, we stop roasting just before it gets too dark, preserving the coffee’s rich complexity with minimal bitterness.
This is the same decaf we serve in our shop for both espresso and drip coffee. If it’s good enough for our customers, it’s good enough for your pot.
Important Ordering & Pickup Information
- All customer orders are roasted every Thursday.
- To have your order included in the next roast, please place it by Wednesday morning.
- If you’re purchasing locally, we recommend allowing at least four days after the roast date for the coffee’s flavors to fully develop.
