This is our proprietary blend of beans we use in all our espresso based drinks. We roast it just to the cusp of a medium and dark degree. You'll get notes chocolate, honey, blackberry, with medium body and acidity.
We were looking for a blend and degree of roast that was dark enough to come through your milk based drinks but was also extremely smooth as a straight espresso. No smokey or charred notes. We're very proud of this coffee and think it's the perfect blend of three different origins....the Trifecta.
Note: All customer orders are roasted on Thursday. Orders must be received by Wednesday morning to be roasted the following Thursday. If purchasing locally, please allow a minimum of four days from roast date for the flavor of the coffee to develop. Thank you!
